These terms apply to your use of provatagrowth.com, operated by Kettle Hole Partners, LLC (“we,” “us”), which offers Provata Growth as a service. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

This site describes our service and lets you request a free sample list. Paid pilots and ongoing engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Sample lists are provided free, as-is, to help you evaluate the service. We may decline any request.

You decide how to use any leads we provide. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach — including email, calling, texting, and privacy rules such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA — and for honoring opt-out requests.

Don’t use our leads for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes, or resell them as a list.

We work to make every lead accurate and link it to its source, but business information changes and sources can contain errors. We don’t guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free, or that any lead will result in a sale.

Please don’t:

• Interfere with the site’s operation or security
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk
• Submit false information or impersonate someone else

The site’s text, design, and branding belong to Kettle Hole Partners, LLC. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Example call sheets on this site are illustrative and use fictional companies and people.

The site and any free sample are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any free sample. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
