About Provata Growth

Provata Growth turns buying signals into a weekly, call-ready sheet for B2B service and product companies. We find companies at the moment their needs change — a funding round, a corporate conversion, new financing, a key hire, a leadership change — qualify them against your ideal customer, and tell your reps exactly why each one matters now.

Provata Growth is a service of Kettle Hole Partners, LLC.

Why we built it

Research used to take people. Now it doesn’t have to.

Finding the right companies at the right moment has always taken people: researchers reading filings, scanning job boards, checking websites, and deciding who’s worth a call. It’s slow, expensive, and most sales teams simply can’t afford to do it well.

AI changes that. It can read thousands of filings, postings and company websites every day, connect the dots, and explain in plain English why a company is ready to buy. Provata Growth puts that research to work for your sales team — so your reps spend their time talking to buyers, not looking for them.

Mike Morris is a fractional CMO/CRO who has run growth from both the marketing seat and the CEO seat.

At Grasshopper, the Entrepreneur’s Phone System, he led customer acquisition and retention, tripling the acquisition rate and doubling revenue in three years. That growth led to Grasshopper’s acquisition by Citrix for more than $170M.

He then co-founded SuperFat, an omni-channel keto snack brand, and became CEO of Perfect Keto when the two companies merged, leading DTC, Amazon and retail growth both organically and through acquisitions. He later stepped into interim executive roles at CEO Coaching International, serving at different times as COO, CRO and CMO.

Through Kettle Hole Partners, he helps growth-stage companies find which marketing is paying back, scale what works, and test their way to new channels.

Earlier in his career, Mike held roles in product management, enterprise systems implementation and consulting, and worked in a family business.

Mike has an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
