Who we are
Provata Growth is a service of Kettle Hole Partners, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through provatagrowth.com and in delivering our service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a sample list or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as:
- Your name, work email, company, and website
- What you sell and who your ideal customer is
- How you heard about us, if you tell us
We use this to respond to you, build your sample list, and discuss working together.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
If we turn on analytics (for example, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), those tools use cookies to tell us how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Business data in our service
Our service delivers information about businesses to our clients: company names, websites, locations, business events (such as filings, job postings, and news), and business contact details for people in their professional roles — name, title, and work email.
This information comes from public sources, such as government filings, business registries, job postings, and company websites, and from commercially available business data sources. We do not deliver consumer data.
If you’d like us to stop including your business contact details in our service, email mike@provatagrowth.com and we’ll remove them.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete information you’ve given us at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email mike@provatagrowth.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Children
Our site and service are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be clearly noted.
